The Homes at City View Landing consists of 16 for-sale homes in Newark that are realized through the public-private partnership of the Newark Housing Authority, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency and the following private partners.

MEI's portfolio includes: HOPE VI and other public/private funded homeownership communities; market-rate, senior, and student housing; commercial and mixed-use projects; urban in-fill and land development. MEI provides planning, programming, sales, marketing, and project management services to Pennrose Properties, LLC in other workforce and market-rate new homeownership communities in three other states.
