We don’t charge you to use RitikasGlobalGrains.com (RGG) or the other products and services covered by these Terms.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not share or publish information that directly identifies you (such as your name, e-mail address or other contact information) unless you give us specific permission to do so.

We sell healthy, nutritious, great tasting food – and convenience.

However, if you do submit a recipe to RGG you agree:

1. That you do so without any expectation of financial compensation
2. That you surrender all rights – in any and all media – to such content.
3. That we may edit such content without restriction. In practice, this usually means that we reserve the right to correct spelling and grammatical errors, and excise any brand names other than our own.
4. That you agree that we may attribute your recipe to you ONLY by your first name and a number, e.g., Jennifer0327.
   
   This number is assigned more or less randomly and does not reflect any information associated with you personally such as date of birth or Social Security Number.
5. That your recipe (or any comments on the recipes we publish) does not advertise, promote or endorse any product or service other than our own.
6. That your recipe (or any comments on the recipes we publish) does not malign or any individual or group in any way, including and especially by demographic attributes such as race, gender or gender identification, age, ability, ethnicity, nationality, etc.
   
   Play nice.
7. That your recipe, comments and/or any accompanying photos or illustrations is appropriate for a general audience. This is a family channel.
8. People will only build community on RGG if they feel safe. We reserve the right to take any steps necessary to combat harmful conduct and protect and support our community.
   
   We employ dedicated teams around the world to detect misuse of our Products, harmful speech and conduct towards others, and situations where we may be able to help support or protect our community.
   
   If we learn of any such content or conduct, we will take appropriate action - for example, removing content, removing or restricting access to certain features, disabling an account, or contacting law enforcement.

In addition you agree to the following:

• Create only one account (your own) for personal use.
• Not share your password, give access to your RGG account to others, or transfer your account to anyone else (without our permission)
We try to make RGG broadly available to everyone, but you cannot use post or comment if you are under 13 years old or if we have previously disabled your account for violations of our Terms or Policies
